A few details go a long way.
For an app issue, include your NotchMind version and build, macOS version, Mac chip, the steps that led to the issue, and what you expected to happen. A redacted screenshot can help.
Do not send passwords, API keys, private clipboard content, complete license keys or full payment-card details. For a future purchase issue, use a private support channel with the receipt reference and purchase email.
Review diagnostics before sending.
If your release includes Export Diagnostics, review the exported file before attaching it. Remove anything you do not want to share. Support receives only what you choose to send.
Report a security concern privately.
Contact @decodewithrudra to arrange a private reporting channel. Do not post exploit details, diagnostics or live secrets in a public message.

Can I use it without Smart Mode?
Yes. Smart Mode is off by default. Supported local tools remain useful without it. Some separate features, such as update checks and lyrics, can still use the network. License validation is planned for the paid release.
Does Secret Guard catch every password or key?
No. It checks for supported patterns and suspicious text, and can miss sensitive content or flag something harmless. Treat it as a helpful warning, not a password manager, security audit or guarantee against disclosure.
Are files uploaded for classification?
The reviewed File Shelf classification path performs text recognition locally and can send a short extracted text snippet when Smart Mode is enabled. It does not upload the original image or file for that classification. Files you deliberately send to support or open in another service are separate actions.
